How much time will I need to dedicate to this course?

You really get what you put into this course. We suggest you set aside 4-5 hours per week to have enough time to review the course video content and complete all of the core homework. We also recommend using this time to complete the bonus homework - our students that have committed to this work have seen the most success!

Can I do the course at my own pace?

This course is structured as a 12-week program. While it is recommended to follow the structured timeline to gain maximum impact, you do have the flexibility to progress through the course content at your own pace. To get your certification, you have 1 year from the time of enrolment to submit all assignments and complete all modules.

How much can I expect to spend on ingredients (for recipes, assignments, etc.) throughout the course?

Expect to spend roughly $50/week during weeks 1-4 and roughly $100-150/week during weeks 5-8. This does not include basic healthy pantry items. If you do not have a well-stocked pantry, we suggest that you start as soon as possible. We do send a suggested pantry list upon registration, but everyone's pantry will look unique depending on their own style of cooking.

We cover a broad range of services that you could potentially offer as a Holistic Chef - everything from weekly meal prep to high-end dinner parties. We've had students use the skills they learned in this program to create very unique offerings to the world! The sky is the limit to what you could potentially offer once you have completed the program.

What does my certification mean?

You will receive a certification of completion once you have finished all of the lessons and modules and all of your core homework has been submitted. The term Holistic Chef is currently an unregulated title, however, our aim is to give you the confidence and business acumen to own this title with high regard.

Will I get feedback on my homework assignments?

If you’d like feedback on your assignments for extra support and accountability, please inquire about our 1:1 coaching packages.

Do I need to follow a certain diet to enroll or get the most out of this course?

Absolutely not! We keep the course non-dogmatic when it comes to diet, meaning we welcome all kinds of eating. However, we do stand behind choosing :
